More Details on the Role:

In this role you will provide office support to waiver case managers including but not limited to faxing, mailing, filing, scanning, data/service agreement entry, drafting letters, organizing the client file, along with uploading and downloading client documents from the county’s online document exchange system. You will be a vital member of the team in ensuring the department runs smoothly and effectively.

Schedule and Compensation:

Monday – Friday, business hours

Starting at $18-$20/hour, dependent on experience
$1,500 Hiring Bonus: $750 to be paid out after successful completion of introductory period and $750 to be paid out after six months of employment. Must be in good standing.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to pass a DHS background check
Computer proficiency (ability to learn new software effectively and demonstrate a high level of IT competence)
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
One year of full-time professional work experience in any field
