About Us:At Fork & Flair Catering and Events, we specialize in elevated, classic, full-service, off-site, catering for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Our mission is to create beautiful and homey food experiences, backed by impeccable service and attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Catering Sales Associate to cultivate lasting relationships with our existing corporate clients while expanding our reach by developing new business partnerships.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Catering Sales Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing corporate clients while driving continued business growth for Fork & Flair Catering & Events. This role proactively pursues new catering opportunities through networking, outreach, and client engagement, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. From introducing prospective clients to Fork & Flair's services through collaborating on menus, event coordination, and logistics, the Corporate Catering Sales Associate serves as a partner in creating memorable and reliable events. This position manages proposals, order details, client communication, and follow-up, ensuring every event is executed accurately and seamlessly through close collaboration with the kitchen and operations teams. In addition to overseeing events from initial inquiry through completion, the role may include catering deliveries, leading staffed corporate events, tracking commissionable sales, and consistently representing Fork & Flair with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to outstanding client experiences.

Schedule and Compensation

$23 per hour. This is currently an hourly position with the potential to become salaried after one year.
Earn a 5% uncapped commission on all qualifying food sales.
Approximately 30–40 hours per week.
Scheduling can be somewhat flexible based on sales activity, client needs, deliveries, and scheduled events.
Some evening and weekend availability will be required for deliveries and corporate event support.
The ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
Availability for occasional deliveries, events, evenings, and weekends.
Previous sales, customer service, catering, hospitality, event planning, or design experience is helpful but not required.
