Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Materials Handler - Cycle Counter will maintain and monitor the warehouse inventory and perform physical counts on a regular basis. They will confirm and evaluate count results and make appropriate adjustments to eAutomate. This position requires a flexible self-starter who can perform job tasks and duties with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned":

Perform physical counts and confirm and evaluate count results.
Update changes within Loffler systems.
Develop a claims process and record-keeping tools to allow for efficient recovery of funds.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Reports to office full time.
Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Good customer service and communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
Basic computer skills.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Inventory control, freight, damage claims, and processing experience.
Experience in performing audits and reconciliations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

The posted range for this position represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum starting compensation for this role. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
