About Us:
Founded in 2015, Pinnacle Partners is the largest Property & Casualty insurance agency in the U.S. With a national presence across 27 states, we are a fast-growing insurance brokerage that partners with top-tier real estate and mortgage companies. Our unique model provides our sales team with a steady stream of qualified, high-intent referrals—no cold calling required.

What You'll Do:
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be assigned to already established partnering Realtors to help their new homebuyer clients secure the Homeowners insurance coverage at the best value from our selection of 15+ national carriers. Your clients will be actively shopping for homes or finalizing mortgages, and referred directly by our trusted industry partners.

This is a 50% remote position. We ask that you visit our local partner offices periodically to help maintain a presence and relations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Work very warm, inbound referrals from realtors — NO COLD CALLING.
Use proprietary software to quote policies across multiple carriers
Educate clients on insurance options, coverages, and savings
Provide exceptional service and build long-term client relationships
Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills

Year 1: $70K–$100K (Base + Commission)

Year 3+ (Potential): $100K+
