Position: Community Manager
Location:2205 Golden Valley Rd, Minneapolis, MN, 55411
Salary: Starting at $65,000 year - $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

What You’ll Do: As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more residential communities. You’ll lead with accountability, support your team, and ensure residents feel at home. Your responsibilities will include:

Maximizing occupancy and preparing units for move-ins
Managing budgets, reports, and vendor relationships
Supporting residents with empathy and professionalism
Leading on-site staff and fostering a positive team culture
Ensuring compliance with housing programs (Section 8, Public Housing, Tax Credit)

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of property management experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compliance Experience
Section 8 Experience
Hands on leadership style
Familiarity with affordable housing programs
A high school diploma or equivalent
Regulatory compliance experience
A desire to grow with a company that invests in its people
