RECOVERY Health Solutions is seeking compassionate, motivated, and community-minded Mental Health Practitioners to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs.

RECOVERY Health Solutions is a growing behavioral health organization specializing in co-occurring mental health and substance use services. We work closely alongside our sister company, Hennepin Home Health Care (HHHC), a trusted Minnesota healthcare provider serving the Twin Cities for more than 50 years. Together, our teams provide integrated support designed to help individuals achieve greater independence, stability, and recovery.

What You'll Do

As an ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner, you will work directly with adults experiencing mental health challenges in their homes and communities. Your role will focus on helping clients develop practical skills that support independent living, emotional wellness, and long-term stability.

Services may include:

Mental health symptom management
Developing healthy coping skills
Building interpersonal and communication skills
Community integration and resource navigation
Budgeting and money management
Employment and vocational skill development
Health and wellness support
Daily living and independent living skills
Goal setting and recovery planning
Strengthening natural supports and community connections

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday through Friday

Services are provided between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on client needs and availability.

Typical schedules are generally between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

This position is community-based and requires travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Ability to independently manage appointments, schedules, documentation, and required meetings.

Professional Boundaries

Understanding of ethical service delivery and maintaining appropriate therapeutic boundaries.

Technology Skills

Comfortable using electronic health records, mobile technology, scheduling systems, and digital documentation.

Mental Health Knowledge

Experience or familiarity with evidence-based approaches such as:

Motivational Interviewing (MI) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Person-Centered Care Recovery-Oriented Practices

Compassion & Creativity

Ability to meet clients where they are while helping identify practical solutions, resources, and opportunities for growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must qualify as a Minnesota Mental Health Practitioner under ARMHS requirements.

Common qualifying pathways include:

Option 1

Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.

Option 2

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field AND at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with:

Mental illness
Substance use disorders
Emotional disturbance

Verification of qualifying experience from previous employers is required.

Official transcripts will be required prior to hire.

Additional Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Ability to transport clients in the community
Ability to travel throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs
Ability to pass required background studies and employment screenings
