Job Title: Regional Healthcare Growth Executive | Physician Partnerships

Company: Twin Cities Physicians

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area + Statewide Minnesota Travel

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + UNCAPPED Commission | Realistic OTE: $160,000 - $250,000+

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

You'll own the growth of your assigned territory by identifying, pursuing, and developing new partnerships throughout Minnesota.

Success in this role comes from building relationships, not waiting for referrals. You'll spend your time prospecting, networking, cold calling, conducting in-person meetings, attending industry events, and creating opportunities with senior living operators and healthcare leaders.

You'll work directly with Executive Directors, Regional Leaders, Owners, Clinical Leaders, and other healthcare decision-makers to demonstrate how Twin Cities Physicians improves care, supports communities, and delivers long-term value.

From the initial introduction through implementation, you'll guide every partnership while collaborating closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure a successful launch.
