Obsidian Forged, Inc., a sales and development firm in Minneapolis, is seeking an Entry Level Account Representative to promote Leafguard gutter solutions. The Entry Level Account Representative turns each account interaction into a sales opportunity while helping customers avoid the annual leaf battle. Your role will support both account growth and consistent sales success.

As an Entry Level Account Representative, you’ll provide warm sales and account management that match customers with products designed for reliable, debris-free performance. Guided sales mentorship ensures the Entry Level Account Representative’s suggestions align with home preservation needs, while thoughtful account care adds genuine professionalism.

You sell the dream of a fall Saturday spent watching football instead of scooping leaves. The Entry Level Account Representative sells the vision of a spring afternoon spent grilling instead of unclogging downspouts. You're not just offering gutters; You're selling freedom.

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Representative

Deliver effective account management by connecting with customers to assess their needs and showcase the advantages of Leafguard seamless gutters.
Review gutter conditions as part of account responsibilities and recommend Leafguard as the best protection against leaks, clogs, and water damage.
Guide customers through the Leafguard account setup process to guarantee a smooth and professional installation from start to finish.
Organize sales and customer records to ensure efficient account handoffs and consistent Leafguard service quality.
Share Leafguard promotions and tailored financing solutions during account discussions to support informed buying decisions.
Perform consistent follow-up on Leafguard accounts to verify customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Representative

Coordinates seamless presentations and meetings that move sales forward efficiently.
Communicates thoroughly post-close to ensure satisfaction and generate referral sales.
Documents account details accurately to support successful sales delivery and retention.
Differentiates offerings clearly to defend sales position against competitor alternatives
