Join Our Team as aTraveling Office Director – Lead Change and Make a Real Impact

Pay: $66,500 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Will train in Minneapolis, MN, then relocate to another office around the Country.

The Position: As an Office Director, you’ll lead a team dedicated to raising critical funds for our NGO partners. Your role will involve inspiring and empowering your team to engage with the public, share compelling stories, and secure long-term donors. With your leadership, you’ll build a high-performing team, ensure fundraising goals are met, and create a culture of motivation and success. This position offers you the chance to grow your leadership and fundraising expertise while making a real difference in the world by supporting causes that matter. You'll have the opportunity to shape the way your team approaches donor engagement and lead them to achieve meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an independent leader with at least 1 year of management experience. Fundraising experience is a plus! If you have experience in managing teams in customer service, sales, retail, or similar people-focused fields, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for candidates who:

Have leadership experience: You’ve successfully managed teams of 6 or more people, motivating them to hit targets and exceed expectations.
Are results-driven: You know how to create and implement strategies that achieve fundraising goals and inspire others to do the same.
Communicate effectively: You’re confident in building relationships and leading by example.
Are adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic, face-to-face environment and are comfortable pivoting as needed.
Build lasting connections: You inspire people to take action and build trust with your team and donors alike.
Are passionate about impact: You care deeply about causes like disaster relief, education, environmental conservation, and social justice.
