Full Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand to hire a Head of Brand Partnerships + Creative. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded relationship-builder who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, brand growth, influencer strategy, and creative execution.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to turn ideas into revenue-driving collaborations, build meaningful brand relationships, and create momentum through strategic partnerships and social engagement. You’ll play a key role in expanding the brand’s presence through innovative collaborations, creator partnerships, and creative campaigns across multiple consumer categories.

What You’ll Be Doing
Partnerships & Collaborations

Lead outreach and development of strategic brand partnerships and collaborations
Identify and pitch innovative co-branded opportunities across categories such as beauty, lifestyle, consumables, and other consumer verticals
Own relationship management from concept through execution
Drive licensing and co-branded product opportunities across retail and digital channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to bring partnership initiatives to life

Social & Influencer Strategy

Support and evolve social media initiatives tied to partnerships and product launches
Build and manage influencer and creator relationships
Drive influencer seeding and collaboration efforts
Help align partnerships, social, and DTC initiatives into a cohesive brand growth strategy
Contribute to growing overall social presence and engagement

Creative & Content Support

Coordinate creative production efforts including photoshoots, talent, and product preparation
Support content creation initiatives for social, DTC, and marketplace channels
Assist with post-production organization and creative asset management
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure creative execution aligns with brand goals

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in brand partnerships, collaborations, influencer marketing, or business development within a consumer brand environment
Strong network-building and relationship management skills
Strategic thinker with a commercially driven mindset
Experience executing partnership campaigns from outreach through launch
Understanding of social media, creator partnerships, and consumer marketing trends
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving projects
Creative eye with an appreciation for branding, storytelling, and consumer engagement
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
