What You'll Be Doing
This is a dedicated PPF installation position designed for someone who already has professional Paint Protection Film experience.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Professional installation of Paint Protection Film on new, luxury, performance, and high-end vehicles
- Installing partial and full-front PPF packages
- Performing full-vehicle PPF installations
- Working with complex body panels, edges, corners, and difficult installation areas
- Utilizing computer-cut patterns as well as advanced installation techniques when appropriate
- Properly finishing edges and installation details to meet SkipChips quality standards
- Inspecting your work throughout the installation process
- Working closely with our detail and vehicle preparation teams
- Collaborating with other experienced PPF installers on larger or more complex projects
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional installation environment
- Helping other team members when needed
- Continuously developing your installation skills, techniques, speed, and efficiency without sacrificing quality
While this position is primarily focused on Paint Protection Film, there may also be opportunities to learn or participate in Window Tint, Vinyl, Ceramic Coatings, and other automotive protection services if interested.
Who We're Looking For
Previous professional Paint Protection Film installation experience is required.
We're interested in experienced installers at different skill levels, and compensation will reflect your experience, capabilities, efficiency, and overall installation quality.

Experience with full-vehicle PPF, bulk installation, custom installation techniques, or complex vehicles is especially valuable.
A valid driver's license and good driving record are preferred.

Compensation within the range will be based on previous professional PPF experience, installation quality, full-vehicle capabilities, efficiency, advanced installation skills, and overall qualifications.
