Full Time Position: M-F(40hrs/week) 8-4pm
Urban Greens is an indoor hydroponic farm with the mission of supplying our Twin Cities community with a year-round supply of clean, quality herbs - encouraging our neighbors to eat real, fresh food that is good for them. We’re looking for a team member to help the business grow! The hydroponic farm hand will support routine farm activities such as harvesting, packing, cleaning, and other farm tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Harvest herbs from the hydroponic system
- Pack herbs for our grocery store customers
- Support routine operation and maintenance of the hydroponic system - activities may include seeding, transplanting, cleaning, basic system maintenance
- Follow Food Safety practices
Additional considerations:
- The work is not physically strenuous, but it is active - you'll be on your feet most of the time with moderate lifting, bending, and reaching.
- No farming experience is required. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, willingness to learn, good attention to detail, and an ability to work efficiently with their hands.
- The conditions inside of the farm become warmer and more humid during the summer months-keep in mind, if you are sensitive to heat.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
