Job Title: Hospice Account Executive | Healthcare Partnerships

Company: Superior Hospice

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Car

What You'll DoDevelop New Healthcare Partnerships

Identify and cultivate new referral relationships throughout your assigned territory.
Prospect, network, and establish meaningful partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
Develop strategic territory growth plans that increase referrals and admissions.
Build a sustainable referral pipeline that drives long-term market growth.

Become a Trusted Clinical Resource

Educate physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and senior living professionals on hospice eligibility, philosophy, and services.
Help referral partners navigate complex patient situations with confidence.
Serve as a dependable, responsive resource known for professionalism and follow-through.
Strengthen Superior Hospice's reputation throughout the Twin Cities healthcare community.

Drive Measurable Growth

Increase admissions through consultative relationship-building.
Track referrals, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and territory performance.
Consistently achieve and exceed growth objectives.
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to ensure an exceptional experience from referral through admission.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Proven success generating new business and developing healthcare referral relationships.
Strong consultative sales, networking, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience building and managing a successful territory.
Ability to discuss measurable sales performance, quota attainment, pipeline development, and referral growth.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently throughout the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with backgrounds in Hospice, Home Health, Senior Living, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Staffing, Post-Acute Care, Physician Services, or other consultative healthcare sales environments are encouraged to apply.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
