POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a League Ref who will ensure games operate smoothly by facilitating gameplay, enforcing rules, and maintaining a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall guest experience by keeping games organized, energetic, and running on schedule, while supporting the team and creating memorable moments for every group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and officiate games according to Skyline rules and guidelines
- Clearly explain game rules and expectations to guests before each game
- Monitor gameplay to ensure fairness, safety, and a positive experience
- Keep games running on schedule and maintain flow between games
- Engage with guests in a fun, upbeat, and professional manner
- Handle minor conflicts or disputes calmly and professionally
- Reset and prepare game areas between sessions
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and make fair decisions under pressure
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of sport rules is preferred
- Able to work weekday nights
COMPENSATION
- $17/hour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20lbs
- Must be able to stand for 4–6 hours, tolerate varying temperatures, and work in an occasionally loud atmosphere.
