We're growing fast and looking for a motivated, hands-on Mill Operator to join our production team in Lakeville, MN. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to work with cutting-edge equipment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

As a Mill Operator at ShopSabre, you’ll help ensure our high-precision parts meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating and maintaining multiple HAAS CNC vertical milling machines
Ensure part production levels support our assembly and manufacturing teams
Performing basic preventative maintenance and help troubleshoot equipment issues
Reading and interpreting measurements and tolerances accurately
Working closely with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, or recent graduation from a technical school with relevant CNC training encouraged to apply
Familiarity with steel and aluminum milling techniques
Comfortable using power tools (drills, taps, saws, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
Ability to learn, remember, and consistently apply CNC operating processes
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
Team player who communicates clearly and works well with others
Experience with trunnion equipment is a plus

Pay & Benefits:

$20–$27/hour based on skills and experience
First shift hours with overtime opportunities
