Full Job Description

River Walk Counseling is seeking motivated and compassionate mental health professionals to join our growing group practice. We are currently accepting applications from independently licensed and pre-licensed therapists throughout Minnesota.

This position offers the flexibility to build a practice that fits your lifestyle. Clinicians may work entirely remotely, in person, or in a hybrid capacity. You set your own schedule, determine your availability, and have the freedom to develop a caseload that aligns with your professional goals.

Compensation

Independently Licensed Clinicians (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP): 65/35 split

Pre-Licensed Clinicians working toward independent licensure: 60/40 split

No monthly fees

No required minimum caseload

What We Provide:

We handle many of the administrative responsibilities so you can focus on client care:
Insurance credentialing
Billing and claims management
Front desk and receptionist support
Scheduling assistance
TherapyNotes EHR
HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
Office space available in Fergus Falls
Clinical supervision available for LPCC and LGSW candidates
Established referral network
Access to most major insurance panels

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota
Motivated and self-directed
Strong in documentation and clinical record keeping
Passionate about serving clients with professionalism and compassion
Interested in building and maintaining an active caseload
Preference will be given to therapists who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families, though this is not required.
