Front Desk Representative

AmericInn by Wyndham in Baxter, MN is actively seeking a reliable full-time or part-time Front Desk Clerks and Night Auditors to ensure our guests are welcomed and taken care of from the start. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT AUDIT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Front desk/Night Audit Receptionist, you are the face of hospitality. You enter reservation information into our hotel booking system and warmly check guests in or out when the time comes. At times, you process same-day reservations and cancellations. You work to assure the highest level of satisfaction for our guests. Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance, you schedule or report any requests as needed. Leveraging your customer service skills, you accommodate special requests by guests and managers whenever possible.

You are available to our guests at all times, whether during the morning, evening, or night shift. You take charge of helping clients, complete daily cleaning checklists, follow all safety procedures, and properly perform night audits. You enjoy meeting guests, and helping them have the best experience possible at our hotel gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

This receptionist position offers various morning, evening, or night shifts, including 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Our Front desk and Night Audit positions are responsible for assuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service; checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries; maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, guest service and maintenance issues; positively representing and promoting the property. Shift available is overnight 11pm-7am. Weekends are required.
