Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Assembler to join our team in the production of specialized medical blankets used during surgical procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a great team.

This is not a cleanroom environment; however, employees will be involved in the assembly of medical products that require attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Assemble and produce components and finished products by sewing and assembling parts and subassemblies.
Review assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists to prepare for production tasks.
Position and align parts and subassemblies using templates, measuring tools, and production guidelines.
Assemble components by inspecting connections, securing parts, and ensuring proper fit and functionality.
Verify product quality and specifications through accurate measurement and inspection of completed assemblies.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues by making adjustments to meet quality and production standards, escalating concerns when necessary.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and support overall operational success.
Operate production equipment, including presses, assembly fixtures, and sealing machines, in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Shift Available: M-Th 6am-3p, paid breaks and lunch, F 6am-10am, paid breaks and lunch

Pay: $18 - 19

Great entry-level fulltime position!

Pay Day is EVERY FRIDAY
Must have a HS Diploma or GED
Must be a minimum of 18 years old to apply
This is a Temp to Hire Long Term Position
