Full Potential Therapy is an pediatric outpatient occupational and speech therapy clinic that is providing best practice therapy for children and their families to reach their full potential.

Description

**Job Overview:**

As a Therapy Aide at Full Potential Therapy, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our therapists and assisting in the delivery of quality care to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others reach their full potential and are looking to gain experience in the field of therapy.

**Responsibilities:**

Assist therapists with organizing and setting up therapy sessions
Support clients during therapy sessions and provide encouragement and assistance as needed
Help maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
Communicate effectively with all staff, clients, and their families
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
