Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Sign Fabricator with expertise in architectural and illuminated signage to join our talented team. This role involves hands-on fabrication, assembly, and installation of high-quality signage components. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on construction sites and operating various fabrication tools and welding equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Metal Fabrication & Build: Channel letters (face-lit, halo-lit, trimless), illuminated cabinets up to 50’
- Welding & Structural Work: Steel subframes, welding, epoxies, adhesives, finishing
- Electrical & Lighting: LED and fluorescent wiring, power supplies, switches, digital message boards
- Shop Fabrication: Read drawings, operate shears, brakes, rollers, and related equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Metal fabrication experience required.
- Able to read drawings, plans and layout work, and set up/operate machinery such as shears, brakes, rollers etc.
- Experience with spray booth painting and acrylic work are a plus.
- Knowledge of the signage industry is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer and/or mobile device for email, job instructions and time tracking.
- Basic math skills for fabrication and construction painting.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Must be a punctual, organized, independent worker with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Positive outlook and team mindset are essential!
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
- Pay and other benefits commensurate with experience and eligibility.
- $30+/hr for experienced sign fabricators | $27–$35/hr depending on experience
