Full Job Description

We're a long-standing, successful construction company in the Twin Cities looking to add a Part-Time Accountant for at least 20 and up to 32 hours per week; with full-time hours available in a year. This is a direct hire or permanent position paying $20-$28 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Who You Are:

You're an accounting professional with at least 2 years of experience, ideally in the construction industry. You have attention to detail, are an effective communicator, and work well with senior leadership.

The Role Is:

The Part-Time Accountant will mainly focus on 3 areas - general ledger work, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You'll also assist with payroll, general ledger analysis, a software implementation, generating reports, budget to actual account analysis, and back up the Controller as needed.

Your Background:

You have at least 2 years of experience in accounting or general bookkeeping and can commit to a part-time schedule for the foreseeable future.

Other Pertinent Details:

The Part-Time Accountant will work at least 20 hours per week. There's room for additional duties and hours for the right person, as well.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
