Job description

At Woodlake Healthcare we are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and home community care. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and make a meaningful impact on their well-being.

Duties
- Perform physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience or knowledge in trigger point therapy, pediatrics, outpatient care, and hospital medicine
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
