Altruism Financial is expanding in Maple Grove, MN and the surrounding areas, and we’re looking for motivated, experienced B2B Sales Professionals who are ready to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential, residual income, and real opportunities for advancement.

The Opportunity

As a B2B Sales Professional, you’ll work directly with business owners, general managers, and HR professionals to understand their needs and provide valuable benefit solutions for their employees.

You’ll build relationships, develop new business, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and create long-term client partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people and wants the freedom to manage their own territory, schedule, and income.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Meet with business owners and key decision-makers
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct professional sales presentations
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Negotiate and close new business
Follow up with prospects and existing clients
Build and manage your own book of business
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Develop leadership skills and pursue advancement opportunities

Experience in B2B sales, insurance, financial services, employee benefits, recruiting, real estate, automotive, telecommunications, or other performance-based sales is highly transferable.
