Nicolet Law Office is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires at least 5 years of experience. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation through an omnichannel digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee organic and paid marketing efforts through search, social, email, website, and content. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who can develop comprehensive marketing plans, analyze performance data, develop team members, and implement coordinated campaigns that deliver measurable business results. This individual will have strong leadership capabilities and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and client acquisition goals.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid search, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website channels.
- Manage the firm's paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization of return on investment across channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention.
- Collaborate with department leaders and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with firm-wide objectives.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and retargeting initiatives to improve results.
Website, SEO & Content Marketing
- Oversee website updates, optimization, user experience, and conversion rate improvements.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Manage content marketing initiatives including landing pages, video content, case studies, and educational resources.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand standards, legal compliance requirements, and audience needs.
- Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and digital marketing agency to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and assets.
Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Create platform-specific content plans for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
Content Development & Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, videographers, designers, and stakeholders to develop engaging content.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Ability to develop copy, captions, and campaign messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee content publishing and scheduling using social media management tool.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture online communities to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Manage reputation and support crisis communication efforts when necessary.
AI Innovation & Optimization
- Identify and implement AI tools and automation opportunities to enhance content creation, community management, reporting, and campaign execution.
- Establish best practices and quality control processes for AI-generated content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Stay informed on AI trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and content performance.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related marketing role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reports and leading team members, with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent.
- Experience creating social media content directly, including copywriting, graphic design, short-form video production, photography, and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, paid advertising platforms, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools within marketing functions is preferred.
- Experience in legal, professional services, or other lead generation-focused industries is a plus.

- Travel up to 15% throughout the Midwest for content capture, video shoots, events, and collaboration with team members across office locations
