Nicolet Law Office is seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly strategic Senior Social Media Content Strategist to grow the firm's social media efforts. This role requires at least 5 years of social media marketing experience. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that increase brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, generate qualified leads, and support client acquisition across the Midwest. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and hands-on content creator who understands how to tell compelling stories, build meaningful online communities, and leverage social platforms to drive measurable business outcomes. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, attorneys, clients, agency partners, and content creators to bring the Nicolet Law brand to life across digital channels.
Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with firm growth, brand awareness, and client acquisition goals.
- Create platform-specific content plans for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and emerging social channels.
- Manage social media strategies and content calendars across multiple brands, office locations, sub-brands, and community initiatives while maintaining distinct brand voices and ensuring consistency with overall company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase audience growth, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Develop and manage social media contests, giveaways, and promotional campaigns, including strategy, compliance, execution, audience engagement, and performance measurement.
- Translate business objectives into social campaigns that support established content pillars.
- Stay current on platform updates, social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal marketing leaders and external agency partners to develop and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Assist in audience development, campaign testing, retargeting, and creative optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and return on investment.
Content Development & Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, videographers, designers, and stakeholders to develop engaging content.
- Lead content planning and provide creative direction for video shoots, including concept development, shot lists, interview preparation, and social-first storytelling.
- Capture, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to create authentic, engaging content featuring attorneys, clients, staff, and community partners.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Capture and produce social media content at live events, community activations, sponsorships, and corporate functions, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Execute content publishing and scheduling using social media management tools.
Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy
- Nurture online communities across all social platforms.
- Monitor comments, reviews, messages, and brand mentions while responding appropriately and professionally.
- Strengthen relationships with community organizations, influencers, referral partners, and local stakeholders through strategic social engagement.
- Identify opportunities to turn clients and community supporters into brand advocates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and content performance.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional social media marketing experience, preferably in legal, professional services, or lead generation-focused industries.
- Demonstrated success developing social media strategies that drive measurable audience growth, engagement, and business results.
- Strong content creation skills including copywriting, photography, video production, video editing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
- Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies, content creators, and vendors.
- Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and content trends.
- Experience with AI-powered content and marketing tools is preferred.

- Travel up to 15% throughout the Midwest for content capture, video shoots, events, and collaboration with team members across office locations
