Full Job Description

Dean Distributing, Inc. (DDI) is looking for motivated individuals to join our delivery team as a Delivery Helper at our Arbor Vitae location. This full-time position offers a consistent 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday) while supporting our delivery team throughout Northern Wisconsin.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, providing outstanding customer service, and building a long-term career with one of Northern Wisconsin’s leading beverage distributors.

What You’ll Do

Work alongside Route Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently deliver products to customers.
Assist with unloading, stocking, and merchandising products at customer locations.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing dependable and professional service.
Maintain product quality by rotating inventory and organizing displays, shelves, and back stock.
Assist with accurate deliveries, inventory, invoices, returns, and related documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and company leadership.
Support daily delivery operations while following all company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Beverage industry experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to safely lift up to 175 lbs.
Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL as required for continued employment and advancement into a Route Delivery Driver position.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay is $21.39 per hour as a Delivery Helper.
As you grow into a Route Delivery Driver role, starting pay increases to $30.00 per hour. A valid Class A CDL is required for Route Delivery Driver positions.
4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday).
3-day weekends.
Home every night.
Retention bonuses available for Delivery Department employees.

Tuesday-Friday

10+ hour shifts

Start times typically between 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM, depending on your assigned route.
