Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order taking and cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy restaurant environment.
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery to customers.
Perform cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and providing change.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred.
Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety regulations.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and food preparation techniques is essential.
