Full Job Description

Diga-Talk Solutions is the umbrella brand for A Beep, LLC — founded in 1996 and now the largest privately held Push-to-Talk (PTT/PoC) provider in the United States. We deliver enterprise-grade two-way communication services and devices across a nationwide 4G LTE network, serving businesses in transportation, logistics, construction, field services, public safety, and education.

Our product portfolio spans two key lines: Diga-Talk+, our nationwide PoC radio network serving businesses across all industries, and School-Radio, our division purpose-built for K–12 schools and school districts. Both lines are backed by the same proven infrastructure, service team, and commitment to keeping people connected when it matters most.

Position Summary:

Busy Growing Joliet Communications Company is seeking two Sales Coordinators.

We are looking for an outgoing individual with office experience. You will assist our Team Leader with order processing and customer service duties. You will assist our Network Technician and our Service Admin with data entry, customer requests and administrative tasks. You will report to our Diga Talk Plus/School-Radio Team Leader and assist with a variety of duties. This is a full-time job that requires physical presence at our location in Joliet, IL. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Assist with Diga-Talk Plus/School-Radio order processing, programming and order fulfillment
Data Entry and various tasks for our Diga Talk Plus/School-Radio NetworksPacking and shipping light to medium weight items to meet deadlines for product delivery
Answering phones, monitoring and responding to email
Customer account reconciliation
General office support as assigned or requested

Qualifications Requirements:

Strong Computer Skills are a must
Detail oriented/ Critical thinker
Previous Office Experience
QuickBooks experience a plus
CRM Experience a plus
Excellent customer service skills
You must be a high energy team player who is straightforward and organized
Prior billing experience a plus
Must pass a background check
