Targeted Case Manager (TCM)
Fountain Behavioral Services LLC — Minot, ND — Part-Time, with room to grow to Full-Time

About Us
Fountain Behavioral Services LLC provides behavioral health care services to individuals and families in Minot and the surrounding area, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Behavior Modification Services (BMS), and Targeted Case Management (TCM).

Position Summary
This role is primarily focused on Targeted Case Management (TCM) for behavioral health.

Growth Path
Starts part-time. If you want more hours, completing your RBT certification opens up direct ABA skills-training sessions to add to your schedule — and over time, the TCM caseload itself may grow enough to support full-time hours on its own.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intake and needs assessments for new TCM clients
Develop and monitor individualized care plans
Coordinate services across providers, agencies, and community resources
Maintain accurate, timely case documentation for Medicaid billing and compliance
Conduct home and/or community visits as needed
Serve as a liaison with referral sources (schools, medical providers, early intervention programs, etc.)
Once RBT-certified, opportunity to pick up additional direct ABA skills-training sessions

Availability
Must be reliably available and reachable during scheduled hours so clients always have a case manager to contact. Outside of scheduled hours, clients are directed to emergency services and community resources.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Communication Disorders, or a closely related field*
If providing direct ABA skills-training services: willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 6 months of starting that work
General knowledge of, training in, and/or experience working with individuals with behavioral health conditions

*Without a bachelor's degree, a candidate may still be TCM-eligible with at least 5 years of supervised case-management experience with behavioral health clients — but that path alone wouldn't meet BMS or RBT-track eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field (opens BMS eligibility without the 2-year experience alternative)
Experience in human services or case management
Familiarity with ND Medicaid systems and documentation requirements

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
