Are you interested in overseeing customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts? Preferably, YOU have:

1 to 3 years of prior customer service, front desk, or administrative experience.
Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets).
Comfort using multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers.
Ability to input customer data accurately into organization databases.
Ability to answer phones, greet visitors, and handle administrative requests simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills to maintain files and calendars.
Ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
