Full Job Description

Hours: 30 hours/week | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our church office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys serving others, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer phones.
Manage calendars, emails, mail, and office correspondence.
Prepare newsletters, announcements, and other church communications.
Maintain the church website and social media accounts.
Create worship slides, forms, brochures, and other printed materials.
Coordinate administrative support for weddings, funerals, baptisms, and church events.
Maintain membership records and church database.
Order office supplies and assist with general office operations.
Support staff and volunteers with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and QuickBooks.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
