Social Media & Content Producer
Summary
The Social Media & Video Content Specialist is responsible for owning the day-to-day
execution of Advanced Relief Institute's organic social media strategy across all designated
brands, including the corporate clinic channels (Advanced Relief Institute) and physician
personal brand (Dr. Amin only). This role combines content creation, video production,
editing, social media management, and community engagement to build awareness,
educate patients, strengthen brand presence, and drive audience growth.
This position requires someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and highly
knowledgeable of current social media trends. The ideal candidate brings fresh ideas,
executes quickly, and can independently manage the entire content lifecycle—from
concept to publication and performance optimization.
This role is the owner of ARI's organic social media presence and is expected to operate as
the organization's in-house content creator, videographer, editor, and community manager.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Own the daily management and execution of organic social media across all assigned channels.
- Publish content consistently according to the content calendar.
- Maintain an active posting schedule across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels as appropriate.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and posting times to maximize engagement.
- Ensure all published content aligns with the organization's branding, voice,
compliance requirements, and marketing strategy.
- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Content Creation & Video Production
- Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout ARI clinics, events, physician interactions, procedures (when appropriate), patient education initiatives, testimonials,and daily operations.
- Travel to clinic locations to document authentic day-to-day activities.
- Develop creative concepts that showcase providers, staff, patient experience, regenerative medicine, and educational content.
- Film interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, educational segments, and promotional content.
- Identify opportunities to create trending and engaging short-form video content.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for all digital platforms.
- Produce polished content optimized for each platform's specifications.
- Create engaging reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, educational videos, promotional videos, commercials, event recap videos, and advertisements.
Produce audiovisual content for:
- Social media
- Digital advertising
- Patient education
- In-clinic television displays
- Website and landing pages
- Internal communications
- Events and conferences
- Other marketing initiatives as assigned
Content Strategy
- Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing objectives and current social media trends.
- Recommend new content series, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities.
- Research competitors and industry leaders to identify successful content strategies.
- Bring innovative ideas to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports broader organizational campaigns and business goals.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions across social platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and brand appropriate manner.
- Foster positive conversations with the online community.
- Escalate patient-related concerns or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and build stronger relationships with
followers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with physicians, clinic managers, providers, and staff to organize filming schedules and content opportunities.
- Plan and organize clinic visits to maximize content production efficiency.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and
promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate audiovisual needs for events, community outreach, media appearances, and special projects.
Campaign Support
- Own and continuously improve the organization's organic social media presence.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Identify high-performing organic content suitable for paid promotion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by recommending content and creative assets
for paid advertising campaigns.
Organization & Project Management
- Maintain an organized content library of photos, videos, graphics, and project files.
- Manage production schedules and content calendars.
- Track content requests, filming priorities, and editing deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative assets.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube best
practices.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and emerging digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in clinical environments while maintaining professionalism
and patient privacy.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
