Full Job Description

Loyalty Management Group is a family-owned and operated full-service property management company specializing in the hands-on management of Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, and Co-op communities throughout South Florida. With a strong reputation for excellence, we are dedicated to treating every property as if it were our own while delivering exceptional service to our Board members, residents, and vendors.

We are actively seeking an experienced and highly organized Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Florida Statutes (718, 719, and 720), and a proactive approach to community relations, financial oversight, maintenance coordination, and board governance.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple Associations, Board of Directors, residents, and vendors.
Conduct regular on-site property inspections and follow up on maintenance, compliance, safety, and project progress.
Coordinate, attend, and facilitate Board of Directors meetings (including evenings as required); prepare management reports and take accurate, detailed meeting minutes.
Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes Chapters 718, 719, and 720 governing Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Homeowners Associations.
Oversee the implementation of maintenance plans, capital improvement projects, and reserve-funded repairs.
Manage vendor performance and contracts, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
Prepare and distribute notices, agendas, annual budget packages, proxies, and official meeting mailings in compliance with statutory requirements.
Monitor Association financial reports and budgets; work closely with accounting to review delinquencies and provide recommendations to the Board.
Issue and enforce violations, track compliance, and follow proper escalation processes.
Process architectural review requests (ARCs) and ensure timely handling based on governing documents.
Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring all Association documents, permits, licenses, and insurance certificates remain current.
Coordinate insurance claims and work with adjusters when necessary.
Support elections, board certification requirements, and statutory deadlines.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of association reports, audits, and annual filings.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License – Required
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of communities
In-depth knowledge of Florida Statutes 718, 719, and 720.
Proven track record in managing Board relations, budgeting, compliance, and community operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Buildium or similar property management software preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple communities, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently between properties.
Ability to attend evening meetings as needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Professional demeanor, excellent time management, and strong problem-solving ability.
