aquatics manager jobs near miramar beach, fl

18.00 per hour starting wage

Tues-Fri 6a-4:30p 4/10 hour days

Maintains daily aquatic weed control on golf courses and residential ponds.
Maintains and installs various aeration systems.
Maintains fish feeders.
Assists with nuisance wildlife control and removal of dead fish and other animals from lakes.
Maintains SOA littoral plantings and waterscaping.
Maintains and operates aquatic weed harvesting equipment.
Provide general small engine maintenance.

Is consistently at work on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, write reports, and comprehend procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software and internet software.
Valid driver’s license.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is frequently required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
The employee will be operating a boat.
The employee needs to know how to back up a boat to place it into the lakes.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions.
The employee is frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Candidate must be bale to pass a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Records Check, Background Check and Drug Screen.
Candidate must be able to use a medical respirator.
