Full Job Description

Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager owns the employee experience for participants enrolled in IronGate's FICA Savings Program, from Town Hall education through ongoing support and opt-out prevention. Reporting to Benefits Operations, the CSM is the primary human touchpoint most employees will have with the program, and their clarity and empathy directly determine whether an employee understands, trusts, and stays enrolled in the benefit. This role sits at the close of a three-person client team: Strategic Advisor, Account Manager, and CSM.

Key Responsibilities

Lead live and recorded Town Hall sessions that leave employees able to explain how the program works and where to find their benefits
Own end-to-end Town Hall logistics: scheduling, recording, saving, and handing off the file to Operations for the employee newsletter without delay
Resolve inbound employee questions on paycheck impact, enrollment, portal navigation, and dependent updates on first contact whenever possible
Reduce avoidable opt-outs by walking employees through concerns and rebuttal points before they finalize a decision, while always honoring a compliant opt-out when that's the employee's final choice
Conduct opt-out exit interviews and log the outcome and reasoning accurately in Excel spreadsheets so patterns are visible to Leadership
Manage and track deal and onboarding progression within our CRM, PipeDrive.
Deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) support so no employee is limited by language in understanding their benefits or paycheck
Flag recurring questions, confusion points, or friction in the enrollment experience to Operations and Leadership to drive program improvements
Maintain documentation and communication standards that hold up under compliance review

Core Competencies & Skills

Hard skills

Fluent, professional-level bilingual communication in Spanish and English, spoken and written
Comfortable presenting to groups, both live and recorded Town Halls
CRM proficiency, specifically Pipedrive or similar systems
Working knowledge of payroll-adjacent benefits concepts, including paycheck impact, enrollment windows, and opt-out rules, or the ability to learn them quickly

Soft skills

Calm, steady presence with employees who are confused, frustrated, or skeptical
Persuasive but never pushy, able to educate toward retention without pressuring anyone
High attention to detail in documentation and follow-through
Comfortable owning a process end to end without close supervision

Qualifications

Licensed in Health and Life Insurance
3+ years in customer success, account management, call center, or client-facing service roles
Demonstrated experience handling high-volume inquiries or emotionally charged conversations
Experience in benefits, insurance, payroll, HR, or financial services strongly preferred
Experience with consultative or retention-focused conversations preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English required, not preferred

What We Offer

Base salary: $72,000, with OTE of $85,000
Incentive structure: performance bonus tied to retention rate and call/documentation quality
