The Sauna and Steam Center, A Division of Florida Hot Tub and Sauna Center Inc. is seeking candidates with account management experience, (construction or wellness-related experience a plus) to help grow our coveted customer list. Our company has been serving South Florida for nearly two decades building custom wellness equipment. We build, remodel, and service Saunas, Steam Rooms, Hot Tubs, and Plunges throughout South Florida. Our company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a dynamic, experienced Account Manager to join our energetic and growth-oriented team to drive new solutions and revenue to our existing customers. What You Must Deliver on Daily Basis:

Daily Accountability Reporting: You will report your daily results on logistics and customer service.
Forecasting: You will prepare a service schedule 2 weeks in advance.
Logistics: Managing departure and arrival times for techs, GPS systems tracking, validation of parts and supplies, Managing PMA schedule, Order warranty materials, Validate Technicians check out with onsite contacts, confirming all appointments before and during the day, Pre-determine tech's weekly hours as five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days based on maximizingproductivity.
Service Fusion: Highly capable and knowledgeable in Service Fusion and having the expertise to manage all the logistics and reporting through that software.
Financial Reporting: Knowledgeable and expert in QuickBooks to generate service revenue recap reports per week and manage POs through QuickBooks.
Hubspot Reporting: Knowledgeable and expert in using Hubspot and generating reports through the same for CRM.
Supplemental Sales Effort: You will make a daily effort to generate supplemental sales that are needed for the customer to match their needs and goals and keep everything working efficiently.
Tracking: You will track all your activity daily in the provided platforms and resources.
Relationships: Maintaining, nurturing, and improving the relationships to the point where you get referrals and become referrable is at the heart of what you do every day.

Preference for Career Match:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an account management role working with very high-end executives and high net-worth individuals.
Logistics and Forecasting: These are two most essential elements of your job and you need to be very skilled at those two skills.
Skills: Strong communicator, identifying client needs, relationship builder.
Customer Service: Ability to respond effectively to customer requests and ensure high satisfaction.
Management: Experience in managing customer needs, driving growth in a portfolio and leading positive customer experiences.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using company SaaS applications, PC, and maintaining digital records.
Clean Record: Valid driver's license, clear driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
