Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, from food preparation and inventory control to maintaining a vibrant, efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the culinary team, fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
Develop innovative menus that highlight culinary excellence while adhering to dietary restrictions and customer preferences
Oversee food production, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and timely service across all dining outlets
Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency
Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and maintain compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution
Monitor kitchen operations during shifts, manage staff schedules, and ensure smooth workflow from prep to service
Collaborate with the restaurant management team on budget planning, cost control, and menu pricing strategies
Conduct regular training sessions on food safety, cooking techniques, and customer service standards to elevate team performance

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong banquet and catering backgrounds
Supervising experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments
Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and kitchen management practices
Familiarity with dietary department standards and food safety sanitizing procedures
Demonstrated ability in inventory management, cost control, and food handling protocols
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations effectively
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred; culinary certification or degree is a plus
Knowledge of bartending is advantageous for overseeing beverage service integration
