Full Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to walk-in equipment sales and rental requests.

Must be bilingual (Spanish)

Compensation: Base salary + monthly commission + 401k with 6% match + profit-sharing.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support walk-in customers purchase and/or rental requests by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
Handle inbound sales leads via phone, email and internet. Fulfill the customers’ questions and pass information to outside sales for follow up if required.
Complete machine walk-arounds. Demonstrate the operation of equipment and understand and communicate maintenance requirements.
Ensure rental return units are inspected for damage and service department make ready is created as soon as unit is returned.
Call inactive customers and determine if they have any equipment needs,
Follow up on sales leads. Utilize CRM system and ensure authentic information is available with the company.

Required Skills and Education

Strong customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Should be expert in handling CRM software and other common computer software such as Power Point, MS Word , Outlook and Excel
Creative thinker and should posses ability to resolve critical problems
Good organizational skills, should have ability to multitask and handle multiple situations in a day.
Should posses ability to work individually in certain situations
Minimum 2 years sales or equipment experience.
Associates degree a plus
Bilingual, Spanish and English required.
