Full Job Description

Join our amazing team of technicians! We are a family owned pool cleaning and maintenance company seeking reliable POOL TECHNICIAN (*experienced-preferred*) to help with pool cleaning and maintenance on daily routes in Central OC. Over 20 years in OC with amazing long term customers. We would love technicians to grow with us and become "part of the family" as we expand the business. Paid holiday time: 2 holidays, and 1 week paid vacation at Thanksgiving. Flexible schedule and very responsive employer. Bonuses and Raises offered for great performance.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventative maintenance by vacuuming, brushing and maintaining water chemistry
Must be able to keep track of all chemicals and supplies with Pool Service App on your smart phone (can provide work cell phone if needed).
Follow through with directions for each individual account
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at each property visited
Problem solving and self initiative

Qualifications:

Previous Pool cleaning and maintenance experience (commercial or residential)
Solid Water Chemistry Knowledge; Familiar with pools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload; carry 50 lbs
Ability to prioritize and multitask
California Driver's License
Must have open-bed truck

References may be requested; **Applicants subject to background check

**Must live in Orange County, CA**

Pay is dependent on number of pools serviced and the technicians previous experience.

Bonuses and Raises depending on performance, attitude and dependability.

Job Types: 15-30hrs weekly available

Pay: $750.00 - $1,100.00 per week
