In the Emergency Department, the Pharmacist in Charge will help drive outcomes in a fast-paced setting within a hospital designated as a Stroke Center and Cardiac Center, with a strong orthopedics program. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will optimize medication use in time-sensitive scenarios, reinforce stroke and ACS pathways, support trauma and orthopedic pain protocols, and enhance transitions of care to reduce readmissions, improve door-to-needle metrics, and elevate the patient experience in the ED.
