Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Integrated Marketing to lead our brand storytelling and multichannel marketing initiatives. The Manager of Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs through a multi-channel approach that are used primarily to raise funds, develop relationships with donors and further the mission of the organization. Channels include but are not limited to direct mail, online/email, telemarketing, texting, and advertising utilizing various media – print, digital, broadcast and video. Maintain a stellar brand and reputation throughout every aspect of the marketing program. **Direct Response Marketing Experience REQUIRED.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Grow revenue and increase income through all of organization’s marketing programs.

2. Develop and design integrated communications and strategies including all elements of traditional marketing and new media platforms.

3. Ensure all marketing communication is consistent with and supportive of our corporate brand and organizational goals.

4. Drive innovation within the integrated marketing communications function, identifying and implementing new communication tools and channels.

5. Manage A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and calls to action to constantly improve ROI.

6. Work with Data Analytics team in selecting and coding audiences for marketing appeals.

7. Works with vendors and agencies in the development of compelling hooks and messaging that drive urgency and result in successful marketing programs.

8. Guide the entire campaign marketing process – ensuring timely and accurate execution of all aspects of a marketing appeal.

9. Monitor and improve KPIs including cost to acquire, average monthly gift, 12-month retention, and long-term value.

10. Track metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV); use these insights to optimize budgets.

11. Participate in the annual budgeting process, forecasting and P&L oversight.

12. Adhere to budgets, strategies and protocols as set forth in planning meetings and documents.

13. Collaborate with staff - Purchasing, Data Analytics, Web Designer, Letter Writing and Support Coordinators to develop and execute marketing strategies.

14. Produce reports as needed to support the functions of marketing programs and reporting to the board.

15. Assist in the training of staff as needed to achieve successful outcomes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

1. 10+ years’ experience in direct response marketing, lead generation, and paid media.

2. Preferred Catholic or extensive knowledge of Catholic faith and principles (Required).(BFOQ indicator below).

3. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or CRM tools.

4. Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write persuasive, high-converting copy and scripts.

5. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client/brand accounts, budgets, and tight deadlines.

6. Have a thorough knowledge of direct response mail marketing and all the elements required for successful campaigns.

7. Have basic knowledge of copyright laws and permissions.

8. Have basic understanding of Postal Regulations as it pertains to direct mail.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise various staff in the Development department and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Education and/or Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and 10 years, hands-on experience with direct marketing or fund raising, including five years of management experience. Experience in relating to a wide variety of people. Must possess knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.

Pay: $60,788.00 - $85,000.00 per year
