Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Dual Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for two select-service hotels. This position is responsible for driving top-line revenue through proactive sales, strategic account management, business development, and community engagement while maximizing market share and achieving revenue goals for both properties.

The ideal candidate is a motivated hospitality sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies that deliver measurable results. This role works closely with hotel leadership and revenue management to position both hotels for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for both hotels.
Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate, group, and local business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct outside sales calls, networking events, and customer appointments.
Negotiate and execute corporate, group, and negotiated rate agreements.
Maximize account production through proactive account management.

Revenue Generation

Partner with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and demand generators.
Develop strategies to grow market share and increase hotel revenue.
Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue through meeting space and other hotel offerings.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Client & Community Relations

Represent the hotels within the local community, business organizations, and industry associations.
Conduct hotel tours and site inspections.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community functions.
Develop long-term relationships with key clients and community partners.

Sales Administration

Maintain accurate sales activities, account information, and production within the hotel’s CRM system.
Prepare weekly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and account activity updates.
Monitor account performance and develop action plans to increase production.
Ensure timely completion of contracts and sales documentation.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure successful execution of group and corporate business.

Leadership & Collaboration

Work closely with General Managers to align sales initiatives with hotel objectives.
Partner with Revenue Management to implement pricing and demand strategies.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences for all contracted business.
Support brand sales initiatives and participate in regional sales programs.
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture across both hotels.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum three (3) years of hotel sales experience.
Previous Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager experience preferred.
Experience in select-service hotel sales.
Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Strong business development and account management skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across two hotel properties.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.

Preferred

Previous dual-property sales experience.
Brand experience with Marriott and IHG.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Grow market share through strategic sales initiatives.
Develop strong relationships with clients and community partners.
Maximize production from existing accounts while generating new business.
Partner effectively with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting.
Represent both hotels with professionalism and integrity.
