ABOUT RENEGADE MORTGAGE

Renegade Mortgage is a Montana-owned and operated residential mortgage brokerage headquartered in Helena. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Originate residential mortgage loans — conventional, government (FHA/VA/USDA), business purpose, commercial, and specialty products
Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and attorneys across Montana
Guide borrowers through application and disclosure in full TRID/RESPA compliance
Manage your pipeline in ARIVE LOS from application intake through funding
Maintain NMLS registration, CE requirements, and all applicable state licensing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Montana MLO license & NMLS registration (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
SAFE MLO national exam passed
20+ hours NMLS-approved pre-licensing education
Clean background / NMLS clearable
Montana residency
2+ years mortgage origination experience
Existing referral network in Montana
Government loan program experience (USDA, VA, FHA)
Familiarity with wholesale/broker operations
Self-starter who thrives on production-based comp
