OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
A Crew Member will be comfortable operating onsite equipment as directed, unload and load supplies for the workday, assemble pipe fittings, and comply with all directions from the foreman in regard to project tasks and safety. A Trenchless Solutions’ crew members are skilled and reliable construction workers. He/she works on a variety of construction projects performing general tasks, including loading/unloading, setting up traffic deviations, assembling pipe fittings, working in trenches and minor concrete work. He/she must be prepared to work in different types of weather conditions. He/she is a valued member of our team and helps us deliver excellent customer service.
Essential Role Responsibilities:
- Safely operate worksite equipment, as directed
- Unload and load supplies and equipment
- Organize and stock company vehicles
- Safely complete all tasks as directed by foreman
- Work in trenches, as directed
- Assemble pipe fittings
- Clean up worksites, company equipment, and shop, as directed
- Set up traffic detours for work sites, as directed
- Rake and shovel at job sites
- Complete minor concrete work and patching, as directed
- Comply with all safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain a brisk and productive pace of activities to complete all assigned tasks within time constraints
- Leave construction equipment and tools clean, organized, and stored in an orderly fashion after each use
- Dispose of debris and hazardous materials according to local environmental standards and regulations
- Provide assistance to other team members on various tasks if your duties are completed ahead of schedule
- Always maintain positive client relations, communicating to ensure excellent customer service, and reporting any potential client dissatisfaction to the Project Manager
- Follow company procedures for documenting time, purchasing and service
- Report to assigned work site on time, ready to work
- Maintain professional behavior and maximum efficiency

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
