We’re looking for a driven and charismatic social butterfly, AKA talent coordinator, to join our growing HR team. As a family-owned business we value the strong relationships we’ve built with each other, and the customers we serve. If you’re flexible with different leadership styles, and have an eagerness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator: Assist our onboarding teams to source quality talent for multiple locations throughout Utah. Be the first point of contact and represent the Admiral experience of seamless hiring, onboarding and human connection.

Responsibilities

- Assist with various platforms and databases associated with recruitment, career webpage, applicant tracking, screening tools and social networking sites for local markets.

- Follow up on all application status inquiries, leads and potential candidates for future openings.

- Provide updates to HR and Managers for all stages through the hiring and onboarding process.

- Ensure timely disposition and follow up of all candidates and confirm closure of all open positions consistent with company practices and goals.

- Facilitate introductions for interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

- Hold weekly meetings with onboarding team by location for status updates and additional needs.

- Reviews Job Descriptions with Hiring Manager and HR to confirm proper alignment of pay, responsibilities, qualifications, education and experience with published job postings.

- Prescreen candidates to narrow down applicant pool to highest quality candidates and assist in scheduling interviews as needed.

- Support site and department managers with reminders and updates of hiring policies, practices, and compensation.

- Attend Job Fairs, develop and maintain networking relationships that promote the Admiral brand and provide recruitment opportunities to grow and protect the quality and effectiveness of Admiral’s workforce and positive professional image.

- Annual projects that help the team and improve our processes.

- Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
