Shynable Digital Incorporated is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside the CEO in both professional and personal capacities.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted right hand to the CEO and help create structure, organization, execution, and follow-through across a fast-moving business and personal environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, calm under pressure, highly organized, and capable of managing a wide variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. This role requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems independently, communicate effectively, and thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment where priorities may shift quickly.
This position supports both executive business operations and select personal logistics that help maximize efficiency, productivity, and organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive scheduling, calendar coordination, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and track priorities, projects, deadlines, and follow-up tasks across multiple initiatives
- Assist with operational coordination and day-to-day executive support
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members
- Help streamline workflows, systems, and organizational processes
- Coordinate travel logistics, reservations, and scheduling details
- Assist with document preparation, organization, research, and administrative support
- Handle confidential business and personal information with discretion and professionalism
- Support select personal logistics and executive support tasks as needed, including appointments, errands, reservations, and coordination responsibilities
- Anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Act as a reliable operational extension of the CEO in both business and day-to-day execution

- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience in executive assistance, operations, project coordination, administration, or similar roles
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, or leadership teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing, technology, startups, or fast-growing businesses is a plus
- Experience managing schedules, logistics, projects, or operational workflows is beneficial
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
- $40,000–$60,000 annually depending on experience

Work Environment
This is an in-person position based in Missoula, Montana. Standard business hours will generally apply, though occasional flexibility may be needed depending on executive scheduling, travel coordination, or time-sensitive priorities.
