Marketing & Digital Content Specialist

TRAIL-EZE | Mitchell, SD

Job Summary

TRAIL-EZE is seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to expand our brand presence and showcase our products across digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing, capturing, and sharing content that highlights our trailers, production processes, employees, and company culture.

This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to learn our business, products, and customer base. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with professionalism while maintaining discretion and protecting proprietary company information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, website, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Capture high-quality photography and video content of trailers, production processes, employees, and company events.
Edit and produce engaging visual and written content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Manage and maintain TRAIL-EZE social media accounts and online presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to accurately represent products, operations, and company initiatives.
Learn and understand TRAIL-EZE trailers, features, and customer applications to create meaningful content.
Ensure all content aligns with company branding, messaging, and company values.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary processes, designs, customer information, and operations.
Monitor and analyze content performance, website traffic, and social media engagement metrics.
Assist with trade shows, recruiting efforts, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Operate camera equipment and, if qualified, drone technology to capture aerial footage and promotional content.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation software.
Experience with photography and video production; drone experience is a plus.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn TRAIL-EZE products, manufacturing processes, and customer applications.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Primarily on-site in a manufacturing/shop environment.
Frequent movement throughout production areas to capture content.
Ability to safely work around equipment and trailer frames.
Occasional lifting and carrying of camera equipment, lighting, and marketing materials.
Occasional travel for trade shows, customer visits, company events, or promotional activities may be required.
