Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional service and support to our diverse clientele. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including English and other bilingual options.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, ensuring clarity and transparency at all times.
Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and resolving issues related to billing or product concerns.
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Support client services by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to a seamless support experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions, preferably with call handling and outbound calling experience.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor and active listening skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong computer skills are essential.
Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed; attention to detail is critical.
Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
Experience in sales or client services is a plus, along with cash handling knowledge where applicable.
Familiarity with customer support tools, CRM software, or helpdesk platforms is advantageous.
