Full Job Description

About us

Losch Machine Inc. is a small business in Daphne, AL. Those with experience and proven work ethic can quickly move up to supervisory levels and compensation. We are looking to hire a full-time team member. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations, experience prefered
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Use power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
- Perform quality control inspections, bore gauges, and other measuring equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Qualifications:
- Prefer previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Prefer ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Previous Haas experience a plus. Over time available.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
