Full Job Description

Job Summary

· B.S. in Accounting, over 5 years of experience in construction accounting.

· Manages AIA billing, lien waivers, WIP reporting, job costing, and month-end close across 20-40 concurrent projects; close collaboration with PMs on change orders and budget tracking

· Proficient in Sage 300, Procore, Foundation, and Advanced Excel

Responsibilities

Prepare and review construction-related financial documents,, and invoices.
Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to construction contracts, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction accounting or a related field within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction project
Familiarity with industry-specific accounting software such as Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Sage 300 CRE), Viewpoint, or similar platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; additional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
